What Dukkani does
- Cashier: scan barcodes with the phone camera or a scanner, or tap the item. Cash, card, or on the customer’s account.
- Credit book (khata): every customer’s balance under their name. Take a photo of a page of your paper credit book and Dukkani arranges the names and amounts into a table you check before saving.
- WhatsApp statements: send a customer their balance in one tap — politely, without an awkward talk.
- Stock: Dukkani tells you what is running low, and you receive a supplier’s goods into stock in one go.
- Daily report: what you sold today, the estimated profit and the cash that should be in the drawer.
- Customer orders: give customers your shop’s order link or barcode sticker, and their order reaches you neatly listed.
Everyone in their own language
The owner can use Dukkani in Arabic while the worker uses English, Urdu or Bengali — the same shop and the same accounts. Give each worker their own login and choose what they are allowed to do.

Is Dukkani really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Every section is open. The monthly subscription is optional, for busy shops: it removes the monthly cap on new sales and debts, with no commitment.
Does it work in English, Urdu and Bengali?
Yes. Choose your language on the first screen; you can change it later. Arabic is supported too.
Do I need a computer or a POS machine?
No. It runs in the browser of any phone, and you can add it to your home screen. A computer and a printer work too.
Is it only for Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Amounts are in Saudi riyals and you sign up with a Saudi mobile number.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales keep working offline and are saved on the phone, then sent automatically when the connection is back.
